Client Support Services:
In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving issues that arise internally with our ad serving technology and other systems/products. Working with various departments, you will own take ownership of each issue until it is resolved and keep all parties updated with progress. This opportunity is an excellent entry-level position for those who would like to ultimately go into QA or Development. Applicants must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure, and have strong problem resolution skills.
Technical Requirements:
- 0-2 years experience in a technology support role
- Proficiency in Excel, HTML, and familiarity with JavaScript
- Understanding of database query reports
- Experience with Linux and MySQL a plus
- Experience with ad servers or digital advertising a plus
Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Can effectively prioritize workload
- Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, problem recognition, and problem resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Great work ethic, proactive, self-motivated and driven
- Can take ownership of tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
